Webcast: Workforce Wellbeing Platforms: Capabilities to Consider (ft. Bersin by Deloitte)

December 1, 2017

Organizations have offered solutions to support their workers’ wellness for many years. By and large these initiatives were limited in scope, disjointed, and difficult to measure results.

Recent changes in the way people work has introduced a new level of interest in supporting the workforce and creating more systematic approaches to addressing total well-being.  This includes targeting not just physical but mental health to improve overall worker productivity, retention, and engagement. Wellbeing also creates a caring culture and positive employment brand for high performance companies.

In this webcast, Christa Degnan Manning, VP Solution Provider Research from industry leading Bersin by Deloitte will share exlusive research to provide:

  • The evolution of digital platforms that make well-being programs more accessible and relevant to the modern worker;
  • Key capabilities of wellbeing platforms to support your workforce;
  • How leading employers sustain workers’ holistic well-being.

 The webcast is sponsored by Whil, a leading provider of digital wellbeing training programs for professionals.
